Refund Policy
1. Cooloff Period
You have the right to cancel and receive a full refund within 7 days of any deposit (cooloff period). This complies with consumer protection regulations in most jurisdictions.
2. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund during the cooloff period:
- Go to Transactions in your dashboard
- Find the deposit you wish to refund
- Click "Request Refund" and provide a reason
- Submit the request
3. Refund Processing
Once your refund request is approved, the refund will be processed within 5-10 business days. The credits will be deducted from your account balance.
4. After Cooloff Period
Refunds requested after the 7-day cooloff period are at our sole discretion. Exceptional circumstances may be considered on a case-by-case basis.
